Measure your Bra Size Step by Step

Measuring your bra size is an important step in finding a bra that fits you comfortably and provides the support you need. Here are the steps to measure your bra size:

 Step 1:

Wear a non-padded bra or no bra at all. This will give you a more accurate measurement.

 Step 2:

Take a measuring tape and measure around your ribcage just below your bust. Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight. Round up to the nearest whole number. This is your band size.

 Step 3:

Measure around the fullest part of your bust. Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight. Round up to the nearest whole number.

 Step 4:

Subtract your band size from your bust measurement. The difference between the two numbers will give you your cup size. For example, if your band size is 36 and your bust measurement is 40, the difference is 4. A difference of 4 corresponds to a D cup size.

Here's a chart to help you determine your cup size based on the difference between your band size and bust measurement:

 Difference of 0 inches: AA

Difference of 1 inch: A

Difference of 2 inches: B

Difference of 3 inches: C

Difference of 4 inches: D

Difference of 5 inches: DD or E

Difference of 6 inches: DDD or F

Difference of 7 inches: G

Difference of 8 inches: H

It's important to note that this is just a starting point, and you may need to try on different sizes and styles of bras to find the perfect fit for you. Also, keep in mind that bra sizes can vary between different brands and styles, so it's always a good idea to try on a bra before purchasing it.
